Moray eels are covered under Florida's marine life rule. This means that live harvest of moray eels (bag limit of 5 per day) is legal if, and only if, you are following the marine life collection rules. Gaffing a moray eel is not permitted under the marine life rules and is a violation.
You may want to take that video down because if anyone sends it to FWC, you may be getting a knock on your door...

I would never harvest a Moray Eel they keep the jetty rocks & reefs clean.
We have little brown spotted eels also. I think you need 4 different types of liscenses just to harvest a Moray Eel now days.
my brother joe went to marks house today to buy the black bag and he told me that the jack looks bigger than 41 pounds

I got a 14 hour flight to either the east or west coast..
And i got a major case of fishing fever after all the PBI reports..
One hell of a god job though, catching a great number of nice fish.
